Nearby, Gaza, is living a critical health situation, with an outbreak of coronavirus cases: every day at least a third of people tested are positive!

We are afraid to go out and in fact we only go out for what is strictly necessary, and always masked.
The situation is dangerous.
Also, here when you get sick, only God knows what can happen to you.
There are people with AIDS all around us, in our families and in our neighborhood.

”she said.
Epidemic peak
If the first cases were recorded in Gaza, during the summer, it is at this time that the Palestinian enclave is experiencing a peak of the epidemic.

The Gaza enclave is the most densely populated region in the world.
Our medical system is already completely exhausted due to 14 years of Israeli blockade.
We are in dire need of medical supplies and providing oxygen to patients is a daily challenge in Gaza,
”said Dr. Mohamed Abu Selmiyeh, emergency doctor in Gaza.
Gazans are currently negotiating with the World Health Organization for vaccines, but the WHO has yet to set a delivery date.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian enclave has only 200 intensive care beds for nearly two million inhabitants.
