Due to the suspension of Go To Travel from the 28th of this month, ANA and Japan Airlines are spreading the cancellation of domestic flight reservations for the year-end and New Year holidays, and both companies are mainly on routes to and from Haneda, Osaka and Sapporo. During the year-end and New Year holidays, Go To Travel will be suspended to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus, and local governments are calling for refraining from returning home.



In response to this, airline companies have been canceling domestic flight reservations one after another, mainly during the year-end and New Year holidays, and the number of reservations for the period from 25th to January 3rd next year was about 650,000 for ANA, a week ago. In addition to the decrease of about 150,000 compared to the announcement of, Japan Airlines has decreased by about 60,000 to more than 450,000.



The number of reservations made by both companies is about 40% of the previous year.



For this reason, the two companies will reduce the number of flights to / from Haneda, Osaka, and Sapporo from 28th this month to January next year, with 880 flights for ANA and 3400 flights for Japan Airlines.
