657 million dirhams real estate transactions in Dubai
The value of real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 657 million dirhams, as the department witnessed today the registration of 165 pledges amounting to 429.05 million dirhams, 17 of which were pledges of land at a value of 108.54 million dirhams and 148 sales of apartments and villas worth 320.5 million dirhams.
The most important land sales with a value of 31 million dirhams came in the Gezira 2 area, followed by a sale of 30 million dirhams in Al Thanyah Fourth area, followed by a sale of 7 million dirhams in the first Jumeirah area.
The Fifth district of Al Thanyah topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 3 sales at a value of 5 million dirhams, followed by Al Mamzar with 3 sales of 17 million dirhams and a third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens by recording two sales of 7 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 44 million dirhams came in Al-Barsha 1, the most important, followed by a sale of 22 million dirhams in Al-Warqa 1 and finally a 20 million dirham pledge in Al-Quoz 3.
The Business Bay region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 23 pledges at a value of 22 million dirhams, followed by the Dubai Marina with 18 pledges at a value of 63 million dirhams and a third in Al-Barsha South Fourth, with 13 pledges of 10 million dirhams.
The value of mortgages amounted to 193.68 million dirhams, including 15 mortgages of lands valued at 71.59 million dirhams and 59 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 122.09 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Al Quoz third area with a value of 53 million dirhams and another in the first Dubai Investment Park area, at a value of 48 million dirhams.
As for the donations, 7 donations worth 35.2 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which was in the second area of Dubai Investment Park, with a value of 20 million dirhams, and another in the Al-Thanyah fourth area, with a value of 6 million dirhams.
