According to the primary frequency modulation control strategy provided by the project, the State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company has guided Qinghai New Energy Station to carry out primary frequency modulation function transformation and upgrades. The first batch of six frequency modulation functions in Qinghai Province has been completed. Upgrading and testing the primary frequency modulation function of more than ten new energy plants.

In the next step, it will continue to guide the second and third batch of new energy power stations in Qinghai Province to complete the transformation of primary frequency modulation functions, realize full coverage of primary frequency modulation functions of the power grid, and achieve optimal dispatch of power grid resources, so that Qinghai Power Grid will have a high proportion of new energy.
