Gazprom's subsidiary received 100% of shares in the Nord Stream 2 operator

RIA Novosti reports this with reference to the materials of the parent company.

“OOO Gazprom mezhdunarodnye Proekty owns 100% of the votes attributable to the voting shares that make up the authorized capital of Nord Stream 2 AG,” the materials say.

Earlier, during a meeting with investment banks, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom, General Director of Gazprom Export Elena Burmistrova said that the construction of the onshore section of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline had been completed and was ready for commissioning.
