Central: Rents fell in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the third quarter

In its quarterly review report, the Central Bank said, "Rental prices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi continued to decline during the third quarter of this year, as it recorded a 6.9% decline in Dubai on an annual basis."

He added, "Rents in Abu Dhabi continued to decline by 3.9% on an annual basis during the third quarter of 2020, after a decrease of 4.9% in the previous quarter."

He pointed out that a decrease in rents by 0.4% compared to the previous quarter compared to the increase in selling prices led to a decrease in the rental income by 7% in the third quarter of this year compared to 7.1% in the second quarter.
