The government has designated Uichang-gu, Changwon-si as an overheating district.
A total of 36 locations, including 9 in Busan, 7 in Daegu, 5 in Gwangju, 2 in Ulsan, and Paju, Cheonan, Jeonju, Changwon, and Pohang, were newly designated as target areas for adjustment.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 17th that it has newly designated these places, which have recently experienced overheating of house prices, as target areas for adjustment by opening the Housing Policy Deliberation Committee.
On the 19th of last month, it has been a month since seven areas, including Haeundae and Suyeong in Busan, Suseong-gu, Daegu, and Gimpo, Gyeonggi, were designated as target areas for adjustment.
Some towns and villages in Jung-gu, Yangju, and Anseong-si, which were designated as target areas for adjustment through the June 17th measures, were lifted from the regulated areas.
