Meng Wei responded that the signing of the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" on November 15 was not only the most important achievement in the construction of East Asian economic integration in the past 20 years, but also a victory for multilateralism and free trade.
The "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" integrates 27 free trade agreements and 44 bilateral investment agreements in the region, improves market access, investment facilitation and policy transparency of each member country, and will further promote investment cooperation among member countries .
After the effective implementation, the free flow of goods, services, investment and business personnel in the region will basically be realized, forming a unified regional market, which is of great economic and trade significance.
Meng Wei pointed out that my country is an important member of the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" with huge market scale, complete industrial facilities, rich human resources, increased innovation vitality, and an improved business environment.
