According to Kuja, this measure will be a step towards the creation of an "ecosystem of scientific philanthropy."

At the same time, it is emphasized that investments should be allocated to projects that correspond to the profile of the donor's activity.

Today, as Kuj notes, domestic universities have a sufficient technical and technological base.

They are open to cooperation with commercial companies in R&D (research and development).

In addition, the appeal says that through cooperation with business, universities begin to understand its needs, contacts are expanding on both sides, long-term cooperation practices are developing, and the companies themselves, coming to research and educational centers, develop their own educational programs, projects, laboratories there.
