As noted, the territorial departments of the service should prepare an action plan to control and oversee the implementation of the government's instructions.

Earlier, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Cabinet to prepare the necessary regulations to normalize food prices by the morning of December 14.

During a meeting on economic issues, President Vladimir Putin drew attention to the rise in prices for sugar, sunflower oil, flour, pasta, bread and bakery products. He stressed that this is not related to the coronavirus pandemic.
