It is jointly constructed, managed and operated by Beijing, Hebei, and Capital Airport Group. It is the first special customs supervision area built across provincial administrative regions in China.
According to reports, the Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Beijing Daxing International Airport will create a regulatory model of "zone-port integration" with Beijing-Hebei characteristics, and realize "one system, one tally, one inspection, and one pick-up" between the comprehensive bonded zone and Beijing Daxing Airport Customs. .
