The Financial Services Commission decided to increase the amount allocated to individual subscribers from the current 20% to 25-30% in order to expand the opportunities for small and private investors to subscribe to public offerings.

It was also decided to introduce a method in which more than half of the amount allocated to individual subscribers is allocated evenly to all applicants.

In the case of disclosure of companies with multiple organizers, multiple subscriptions through multiple securities companies are also prohibited.

The allocation of individual investors will be gradually expanded until January of next year, and a system to prevent duplicate subscriptions will be established in the first half of next year.
