According to the National Statistical Office, the number of multi-homed people as of 2019 was 2284,000, an increase of 92,000 from a year ago.
It was found that 293,000 people had 3 or more multi-homed houses, 76,000 people had 4 or more, and 118,000 people had 5 or more.
The ratio of multi-homed people has been on the rise every year since recording 13.6% in 2014.

It was investigated that the subscription competition rate of mid-to-large apartments in the metropolitan area increased significantly this year.
According to Real Estate Info, the average subscription competition rate for mid- to large-sized apartments with a dedicated area of over 85m2 in the metropolitan area surged from 21.5 to 1 last year to 144.9 to 1 as of October this year.
Currently, 50% of the supply volume for overheated districts and 75% for areas subject to adjustment are selected by lottery based on private housing that exceeds 85㎡ for exclusive use.

It was investigated that these companies are not responsible for any injuries or damages to members through the terms and conditions or are only responsible for gross negligence.

Kakao Bank has attracted additional investment of 250 billion won from private equity funds.
Kakao Bank announced that it had held a board meeting yesterday (17th) afternoon and made a decision to increase the amount of KRW 250 billion in common stock allocated to a third party.
The number of issued shares is 16.64 million shares and the price per share is 23,500 won.
