Emirates Airlines "returns to service more of its A380 superjumbos"

Emirates Airlines announced plans to deploy more of its A380s, by operating four flights per day to London Heathrow starting from November 27, and six flights per week to Manchester from December 2, and expanding Moscow's service from two flights per week to one flight now. Daily from 25 November.

Emirates Airlines also intends to increase the number of flights to Birmingham and Glasgow from four flights a week currently to one daily flight to each of the two cities, starting from November 27 and December 1, respectively.

It will also increase its services to Manchester from eight flights per week to 10 flights per week starting December 1, including six on the A380 and four on the Boeing 777-300ER.

At London Heathrow Airport, Emirates' services will increase from two A380s and one Boeing 777-300ER flight daily, to four daily flights, all on A380, starting November 27.

These developments represent a major expansion of Emirates Airlines services to the United Kingdom, in order to meet the growing demand thanks to the recent establishment of the air travel corridor between the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

Under the air travel corridor, travelers to the United Kingdom from the United Arab Emirates will not be required to enter quarantine, which constitutes recognition and appreciation of the UAE's strict and effective response to the epidemic.

In return, travelers from the United Kingdom to Dubai can choose to take PCR tests 96 hours before their flight, or take the test at Dubai International Airport upon arrival, making travel procedures easier.

The enhancement of Emirates Airlines services on the Moscow route will also meet the growing demand from travelers seeking to spend their holidays in Dubai, or in popular tourist destinations easily accessible via Dubai, such as the Maldives.
