Employees of Eastar Jet are confused as they watch Korean Air take over Asiana Airlines.

It is the same that the acquisition negotiations were broken earlier, because Asiana Airlines and Eastar Jets deal too differently.

Development Bank provided 800 billion won to Korean Air in two months after giving up the acquisition of Hyundai Industrial Development and handed over Asiana Airlines.

Eastar Jet has been in a standstill for the 4th month after the abandonment of Jeju Air's acquisition.

Although it has received a promise from Hanjin that there will be no restructuring of Asiana Airlines, the government does not move much even if 600 East Asian employees are laid off.

Although KDB's funding to Asiana Airlines exceeded 5 trillion won, Eastar Jet had no government support because the acquisition was underway and that it did not meet the funding standards.

In the end, it is pointed out that the difference in government response is due to the logic of'Dream Death'.

[Huh Hee-young/Professor of Korea Aviation University: (Asiana Airlines) has six affiliates and is so large that it will have a great social impact. It is different from Eastar Jet in that it can lead to mass layoffs. ] The

unions point out that this is because the logic of capital precedes the monopoly issue that affects consumer utility or the view of respect for workers.

[Park Lee-sam/Easta Airlines pilots union chairperson: The only way to solve (to recover) the money the Korea Development Bank has invested in Asiana is to combine conglomerates with conglomerates.] An

official in the aviation industry

thought that

construction-related companies in Honam region

had no choice.

It recently announced that it is seeking to acquire Eastar Jet.

However, neither the founder or the company is explaining what happens to the company, how to deal with dismissed employees and unpaid wages.
