The mother avoided the high transfer tax, and the son did not pay the gift tax.



In many cases, the mother paid for the purchase price of pre-sale tickets with a high premium, the intermediate payment, and the balance, and the name was the son.

In the case of apartment sales tickets, they were traded before moving in, so even if the person who actually moved in is different from the person who first sold them, it was difficult to check.



In some cases, a small building with a mortgage of hundreds of millions of won was chosen and the building was acquired in the name of the son, and the owed parents paid back, and the gift tax was not paid.



It was also discovered that the husband lent business funds to acquaintances and paid the principal and interest to his wife, and then bought an expensive apartment in the name of his wife.



In this way, 85 people who were suspected of evading gift tax through sale rights or debts were subjected to a tax audit.
