The economic vice president,
Nadia Calviño
, has launched a legal fudge at the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) by not having planned in time the replacement of the current president,
Sebastián Albella
.
His intention is to propose this Tuesday in the Council of Ministers an extension of the current leadership of the CNMV to avoid a vacuum by not having his replacement yet resolved.
To do this, the Securities Market Law changes, since it will not respect the calendar established by the current regulation.
