She added that the Electronic Transactions and Commerce Law states that a person has the right to rely on an electronic signature or an electronic certificate of authentication to the extent that such accreditation is reasonable, and the offer and acceptance may be expressed in whole or in part through electronic correspondence for contracting purposes, in accordance with the law itself.
