  Most popular Chinese concept stocks closed higher, with e-commerce stocks and new energy auto stocks leading the gains.

Xiaopeng Motors rose 33.22%, Ideal Motors rose 27.27%, Pinduoduo rose 20.41%, Weilai Motors rose 12.4%, all setting record highs; Jingdong rose 4.27%, and Vipshop rose 6.03%.

Eggshell Apartments fell 6.49%, NetEase fell 2.51%, Alibaba fell 0.5%, and Baidu fell 0.41%.

  In terms of data, on November 12, local time, the US Department of Labor released data showing that as of the week of November 7, the number of people applying for unemployment benefits for the first time in the United States was 709,000, which continued to hover between 700,000 and 800,000, with a slow decline.

It shows that the current deterioration of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in the United States has continued to hinder the recovery of the job market.

  European stocks: The three major European stock indexes collectively closed down.

  International oil prices: New York oil prices fell on the 12th, and the New York light crude oil futures for December delivery fell 33 cents to close at 41.12 US dollars per barrel.

Brent's January crude oil futures closed down 0.27 dollars, or 0.61%, to 43.53 dollars per barrel.

  In terms of gold: the most active December gold futures price on the New York Mercantile Exchange gold futures market on the 12th rose $11.7 from the previous trading day to close at $1873.3 per ounce, an increase of 0.63%.
