According to DOM.RF forecasts, in general, in 2020, more than 1.5 million loans worth about 3.7 trillion rubles can be issued.

At the end of October, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree according to which the concessional mortgage program at 6.5% per annum is extended until July 1, 2021.

It is noted that a preferential mortgage is issued for the purchase of apartments in new buildings.

Earlier, the president of the International Academy of Mortgage and Real Estate, Irina Radchenko, in an interview with FAN, commented on the situation with preferential mortgages.
