It is noted that the positive trade balance of Russia in January-September 2020 decreased by 42.6% compared to the same period last year, to $ 76.8 billion. 

At the same time, in September, the trade surplus amounted to $ 19.796 billion against $ 15.431 billion a year earlier.

The basis of Russian exports in January-September 2020 was traditionally fuel and energy products, the share of which in the commodity structure of exports amounted to 51.8% (in January-September 2019 - 63.5%).

Earlier, the Central Bank assessed the recovery of the Russian economy.
