“We considered the decision of UOKiK, we strongly disagree with it and filed an appeal on November 5 within the framework of all legal procedures,” the company said.
Earlier, UOKiK decided to fine Gazprom and five European companies collaborating on the construction of Nord Stream 2.
The Polish regulator demanded that they terminate the partnership agreement.
Later, Gazprom appealed against the UOKiK fine of about € 6.5 billion.
