"In connection with the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the work of the British Supreme Court, the time frame for a verdict by the court in both the Times Travel case and Russia's claim against Ukraine is uncertain," the statement said.
The Ministry of Finance expressed the hope that the Supreme Court of Great Britain, upon returning to work, will preserve an unbiased professional approach when considering this case and will make an impartial, non-politicized decision on its merits.
Earlier, the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Sergei Marchenko said that the IMF may require the country to return the loan funds early.
