Dubai Economy said that it will continue its intensive efforts in various parts of the emirate, while not tolerating the violations and abuses that are monitored or reported by the public of consumers and dealers on the grounds that preserving the health of society is a priority that cannot be neglected.

She added that the alerts and violations came during the implementation of the field inspection teams of the Commercial Control and Consumer Protection Sector, a series of visits and intensive monitoring tours, which included many open markets and commercial centers, to ensure that commercial establishments adhered to the precautionary measures, and the visits also included the closure of three commercial establishments during the month. Al-Mady, stressing that the number of weekly inspection visits amounted to about 3,000 visits per week to ensure coverage of all markets and commercial centers in the emirate.

She explained that the recent violations were distributed among establishments in the retail sector, general trade, carpets and fabrics trade, consumer goods stores, travel and tourism agents, and bodybuilding gyms, in cooperation with the Dubai Sports Council, in a number of locations that included several areas of the Emirate of Dubai. Noting that the alerts focus on raising the establishments' awareness of the necessity of commitment and its role in ensuring the continuity of their work and protecting their employees and customers alike.

The Dubai Economy indicated that the business community in Dubai continues at the highest levels of awareness and adherence to precautionary measures with no violations, closures or alerts on several days of last October, calling on various groups of society to the need for cooperation and to contribute to the continuity of the rotation of the wheel of the economy in the emirate in a safe and natural way .

She emphasized that it is in constant and continuous contact with various partners in the public and private sectors, to find out the most prominent developments, as well as to enhance awareness of the guidelines and protocols in force in the current period.
