  The trial operation of the high-speed railway is an important part of the dynamic acceptance of the necessary links and dynamic acceptance of the railway department to test the best transportation plan based on the compliance of the test line in the joint debugging and joint trial phase.

From now on, China Railway Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xi'an Railway Bureau") plans to use one month to conduct operational tests on the Xi'an High-speed Railway.

  During the trial operation period, the three stages of train operation diagram parameter testing, failure simulation and emergency rescue drills, and driving test according to the diagram are mainly used to verify the adaptability of the transportation organization of each system under normal and abnormal conditions, and verify whether the operation organization mode can meet the requirements. Full map operation requirements, inspection equipment failure and emergency response capabilities under natural disaster conditions, provide technical basis for perfecting scientific and reasonable transportation organization plan.

  In order to ensure the smooth progress of the Xi'an-Yindu high-speed rail trial operation, the Xi'an Railway Administration has used two months to organize transportation, passenger transportation, machinery, power supply, public works, electricity, vehicles, etc. Department, dynamic detection of line track, roadbed, bridge, tunnel, communication, signal equipment, fine adjustment of facilities and equipment according to the monitoring situation, the overall system function of the line has been optimized, ensuring an orderly connection from joint debugging and trial to trial operation .

  The Xiyin High-speed Railway is an important part of the “eight vertical and eight horizontal” high-speed rail network (silver) sea passages in the national medium and long-term railway network planning. It crosses the edge of the Mu Us Desert and the largest loess plateau in the world—Dong Zhiyuan. The longest section of ballasted high-speed railway built in the loess layer is also the longest one-time ballasted high-speed railway under construction in China.

  Construction of the Xi-Yin high-speed railway started at the end of 2015, with a total length of 618 kilometers, of which the Shaanxi section is 193 kilometers in length and the Ganning section is 425 kilometers in length.

The design speed is 250 km/h, and 350 km/h is reserved for ballast high-speed rail speed increase conditions.

The construction period is 5 years, and there are 20 stations on the whole line, which are expected to be put into operation by the end of this year.

By then, the train ride from Xi'an to Yinchuan will be shortened from the current 14 hours to about 3 hours.
