"OMV will appeal this decision, insisting that this decision is not based on any legal basis," - said in a statement.
Earlier it became known that the Polish Office for the Protection of Competition and Consumers (UOKiK) decided to fine Gazprom and the five European companies cooperating with it for the construction of Nord Stream 2.
UOKiK requires them to terminate the partnership agreement.
