It is noted that “the turbine was idled and the number of revolutions was gradually increased to the design values ​​- 3 thousand revolutions per minute”.

The Ministry of Energy noted that "the start of the turbine is one of the important operations in preparing the power unit for the start of electricity generation."

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus granted the BelNPP permission to carry out the program for the energy start-up of the first power unit.
