This year, the first batch of domestically-made Airbus H135 helicopters rolled off the assembly line

On October 21st, 4 H135 helicopters produced by Airbus Helicopters (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. rolled off the assembly line after a successful test flight in Qingdao, and will be delivered to users in the near future.

Wang Daxin, deputy general manager of Airbus Helicopters (Qingdao) Co., Ltd., said that the Airbus Qingdao H135 helicopter assembly line project is the first H135 helicopter assembly line set up by Airbus Helicopters in China, with a designed production capacity of 36 aircraft per year.

In the actual production process of helicopters, it needs to go through the four links of "parts import-processing trade-machine export-re-import", so the import and export of enterprise products is also relatively special.

In response to this problem faced by enterprises, Qingdao Customs provides high-quality and efficient customs supervision services for major projects, and innovatively proposes a customs bonded supervision model of "processing trade manual + export supervision warehouse".

Under this model, the export-supervised warehouse has the nature of outside customs. After the helicopter is assembled, the helicopter enters the export-supervised warehouse and is regarded as leaving the country. Domestic sales can be realized by going through the entry formalities when leaving the warehouse, which provides convenience for enterprises.

Since the beginning of this year, affected by the foreign new crown pneumonia epidemic, the company's original smooth supply of raw materials has been affected, and the supply chain has become disconnected.

"The first half of this year is a critical period for the production and delivery of helicopters. Disconnected supply chains will affect the progress of the entire project. We are very anxious." Wang Daxin said.

After learning about the company's situation, Qingdao Dagang Customs immediately arranged for business backbones to connect with the company, learned more about the company's production and operation, retrieved information on the processing trade manual that the company was implementing, and instructed the company to quickly handle the manual extension and surplus material carryover, which helped solve the problem. The problem of the shortage of imported raw materials will be the fastest to resume work and production and ensure timely delivery.

At the same time, in view of the special nature of helicopter products, Qingdao Dagang Customs has dealt with the processing trade guarantee deposit reduction for enterprises in accordance with the policies and laws. Each helicopter can save more than 8 million yuan of funds, and the financial pressure of enterprises is relieved.
