Reporter Kwon Ae-ri's friendly economy begins.

Reporter Kwon, yesterday (15th) in the stock market, he is the agency of BTS.

The listing of Big Hit Entertainment and the first day was a big concern. How did the results come out?

<Reporter>

First of all, the so-called'Tasang' was recorded during the week.

However, at the end of the actual closing price, the price ended with a 4.4% drop from the opening price.

You may hear that it's a big deal these days, but on the day of listing, just before the opening day, the public offering stocks receive quotes up to twice the price of the offering stocks.

The price set in this way is the price at the moment this stock debuts on the market, the so-called initial price.

The level at which the initial price can be the highest is, that is, twice the public offering price.

If it is listed at that price and it is said that one stock will increase as much as the limit that can be raised on that day, that is the sweet word in the stock market that I hear a lot these days.

This is the upper limit, the upper limit.

However, in Korea, the upper limit for individual stocks to rise per day is up to 30%.

Big Hit records this in the middle of the day.

The public offering price was 130,000 won, but as soon as the market started, it soared to 351,000 won at once.

However, it has been on the decline all day since.

Eventually, in the afternoon, the first day of listing was completed at 258,000 won, 4.4% lower than the initial price of 270,000 won per share.

So, those who bought this stock before or after listing yesterday, not public offering stocks, started the first day with negative returns.

<Anchor> If

you think about the heat when you sign up for a public offering, you don't think the atmosphere on the first day of yesterday was that hot?

<Reporter>

Of course, it is the first time that enterjug was first incorporated into the market at such a high price while collecting such a topic.

The stock price is constantly changing, so it's really fun to calculate it, but the value of the equity at the moment of Big Hit Entertainment's chairman Bang Si-hyuk, who owns 35% of Big Hit's shares, exceeded KRW 4.3 trillion.

Between 9 am and 9:01 am yesterday morning, Chairman Bang Si-hyuk was instantaneously rejecting shares more than former Hyundai Motor Company Chairman Chung Mong-koo.

As for the closing price, the value of Chairman Bang's stake was 3,200 billion won, and the members of BTS and BTS also had a stake worth 17.6 billion won each at the closing price yesterday.

However, the atmosphere is very different from the initial high-limit march of Kakao Games and SK Biopharm, which gathered great interest this year.

It is clear that Big Hit, which BTS belongs to, is one of the most noticeable entertainment companies in the world right now.

But in fact, Big Hit's sales last year exceeded 400 billion won.

Short-term net profit was about 64 billion won.

Of course, people invest by looking at the growth value rather than the size of sales, but the fact that the market capitalization of this scale is around 9 trillion won seems to be correct so far that the splendor of the opening day was great.

And because enteroju has a lot of leaning on people's popularity, it gets a lot of atmosphere.

Than other sports.

Right now, BTS is being attacked in some parts of China, as their impressions of the award, which were recently given by an American non-profit foundation, were misunderstood by some nationalists in China.

Therefore, it is an incident that occurs because it is a group with such a large influence, but in terms of investment, there is a point that reminds us that we do not know where the enterism variable really comes from.

<Anchor> This

is because SK Biopharmaceutical and Kakao Games also have a little lower share price than they were at the beginning of listing, right?

<Reporter>

Yes.

There are many reasons, but first this year, even though the public offering stocks seem to have a little growth potential, their popularity is too high at first.

Because of the low interest rate, even if it seems that it can make a little profit, a large amount of money is rushing to the public offering stocks, and then it easily falls out.

Institutional investors other than individuals accept large quantities of popular new listed stocks prior to listing on the condition that they do not sell for a certain period of time.

At the end of the tied period, in order to realize the margin, the stock is sold in large quantities and then bought again.

At the same time, the initial topic gradually fades and new listed stocks are increasingly looking for their own prices as performance and various variables come into play.

However, Big Hit, in particular, promised that it would be obligated to hold Big Hit for a while, and the percentage of institutions that took the volume was much lower than that of SK Biopharm or Kakao Games, and there were many places that set the period short.

So, as soon as the market started yesterday, there were a lot of institutional investors who sold, especially foreigners.

Big Hit had an offering price of 135,000 won per week.

It is more than five times the public offering price of Kakao Games.

This is a little expensive, and it has to be climbed for a long time from now on, but the formation of this atmosphere seems to have played a part.

Of course, the company is now listed.

Big Hit, like all other companies, will have to prove that the heat surrounding the listing on the market in the future was worth it.
