  Qiao Yibin, deputy director of the Aviation Safety Office of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, reported the completion of the above-mentioned "13th Five-Year Plan" safety objectives of China's civil aviation at a press conference of the Civil Aviation Administration on October 15.
