Economy Minister Bruno Le Maire announced Thursday that the solidarity fund will be open to businesses from all sectors in curfew zones.

The loan guaranteed by the State will be available until June 30, 2021. 

The government announced news for business on Thursday.

All companies with less than 50 employees located in curfew areas will be eligible for the solidarity fund up to 1,500 euros if their loss of turnover reaches 50%, and this as long as the curfew lasts, a said Thursday the Minister of the Economy Bruno Le Maire.

For hotels, cafes and restaurants, the solidarity fund of up to 10,000 euros can be received by companies with a loss of turnover of at least 50%, and no longer 70%, added the minister.

In addition, the loan mechanism guaranteed by the State is extended from December 31, 2020 until June 30, 2021. On the other hand, the Minister asked "the French Banking Federation to examine a postponement of the repayment of these loans for an additional year for companies that really need it ".
