He believes that in 2022-2023 the Russian economy will grow at a rate of no more than 2.5%.

The head of the Accounts Chamber also did not rule out that the losses for small and medium-sized businesses from restrictions will be greater than predicted.

In July, the chairman of the Central Bank Elvira Nabiullina estimated the period for the economy to return to the pre-crisis level at 1.5 years.
