It seems that the Speedsters, vehicles without roof and windshield, are currently enjoying a certain popularity with prestigious manufacturers, and especially their customers.
After Ferrari, McLaren and before Lamborghini, it is the turn of Aston Martin to market its own.
Called V12 Speedster, it is not really new since it was presented at the beginning of the year.
However, this is the first time that we can admire the photos of the prototype in action on the road.

Taking elements from other models of the brand such as the DBS or the Superleggera, it has, as its name suggests, a 5.2-liter V12 developing 700 hp and 753 Nm. All this is sent to the rear wheels via a 8-speed automatic transmission.

Limited to 88 units, the V12 Speedster is expensive for its singularity: around 1 million euros!
The first deliveries will take place in 2021.
