It is worth noting that the total import and export value of goods trade in Sichuan Province from January to August was 514.67 billion yuan, an increase of 22.7% over the same period last year; the total import and export value of Chongqing's foreign trade in the first eight months was 398.36 billion yuan, an increase of 10.3 %.

The main export products of Sichuan Province and Chongqing City include notebook computers and integrated circuits.
