As noted in "Gazprom", the company will appeal the decision of the Polish Office for the Protection of Competition and Consumers (UOKiK), since it did not violate the antimonopoly legislation of Poland.

In addition, Gazprom notes that the amount of the fine due to the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline indicates a desire to oppose the project by any means.

Earlier, UOKiK decided to fine Gazprom and the European companies cooperating with it on the construction of Nord Stream 2.

UOKiK requires them to terminate the partnership agreement.

Thus, the companies were fined $ 100 million, Gazprom - $ 7.6 billion.
