The government's subsidy payment procedure for special type workers (special advisors), freelancers and small business owners who suffered damage from the re-proliferation of Corona 19 will resume immediately after the Chuseok holiday.

These projects were classified as payment targets after the Chuseok holiday from the beginning due to the need for time to select eligible persons, or were newly added during the passage of the National Assembly for additional budget budgets, and the procedure was not in operation before Chuseok.

In some cases, payments may not be made before the holiday season because the target or the target person did not apply.

According to the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the Ministry of SMEs and Ventures, and the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the government restarts various subsidy payment procedures after the Chuseok holiday.

First of all, immediately after the Chuseok holiday, the second emergency employment stabilization support payment process begins.

This support fund is for new applicants who have not applied for the first support fund.

It gives 1.5 million won (500,000 won x 3 months) to 200,000 people whose August income re-proliferated by Corona 19 decreased by more than 25% from the monthly average of last year or from June to July this year.

Applications are accepted from the 12th to the 23rd.

200,000 people are selected for support by comprehensively considering annual income (50 million won or less) and income reduction rate.

Payment is in November.

The government paid 500,000 won before Chuseok without a separate review to 455,000 people who received 1.5 million won in the first subsidy.

The procedure for paying special youth job search support (500,000 won) to young people (age 18-34 unemployed job seekers) who are having difficulty in finding employment will also be in operation during this month.

This month, the payment target is for 140,000 people who participated in the job search program this year.

The plan is to accept applications from the 12th to the 24th and pay them by the end of November.

Some of the new desired funds for small business owners who have had difficulties in business due to the rise of social distancing will begin the payment process after Chuseok.

Small business owners in specially damaged businesses, where it is difficult to confirm sales with administrative information alone (operation limit 320,000 people, group ban 150,000 people) are eligible for payment.

Subsidies for them (1 million to 2 million won) will begin to be paid during this month.

The business announcement for the support fund (1 million won) for corporate taxi drivers will be announced at the beginning of this month.

Private taxi drivers are mostly paid before Chuseok in the form of new desired funds for small businessmen, and among corporate taxi drivers, those with reduced income are selected and paid separately.

The payment process for 1.32 million middle school students (150,000 won) is completed by the 8th.

As it was an additional project in the process of passing the National Assembly, the pace of progress was slower than that of preschoolers and elementary school students.

The government is planning to complete the payment of the care support fund for middle school students this week after identifying the number of targets by school and checking the parent information and account.

Out-of-school children, up to 160,000, are paid during this month through the application and application process of the Office of Education Support.

The payment of the child allowance (200,000 won) to 2.38 million preschoolers and 2.64 million elementary school students has virtually ended before Chuseok.

The procedure for emergency livelihood support (1 million won) for households with difficulty in living due to loss of income due to unemployment, holidays, or suspensions is relatively late.

Payments are made for cases where living has become difficult due to a decrease in income due to Corona 19, but cannot be supported by other support programs.

In October, we will receive online or on-site applications to check eligibility.

The payment period is from November to December.

A total of 599,000 people were eligible for payment before Chuseok, but were unable to pay the support due to omission of procedures such as application.

Small business owners have the largest number of new desired funds with 550,000 people, 9,000 people for emergency employment security support, 19,000 people for job search support, and 21,000 people for re-challenge in closed stores.

The government re-sends a text message to receive applications even during the Chuseok holiday.

It is a policy to pay immediately after the application is received.

Prior to Chuseok, the government paid 3,300 billion won worth of support to 7.42 million people.

The government is operating the'Give Up Korea Call Center (☎110)' to guide various subsidies.
