  Fu Shulin said that in terms of improving the efficiency of tax processing, the taxation department makes full use of information technology to carry out "non-contact" tax payment on a regular basis.

  “Up to now, 197 tax and fee matters have been handled online nationwide, of which 182 can be handled online; more than 90% of the business volume of corporate taxpayers can be handled online, and the online handling rate of tax declaration business has reached More than 99%."   In terms of improving service quality, the taxation department, in conjunction with the banking and insurance supervision department, and commercial banks, continues to deepen the "bank-tax interaction" activities to provide enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises, with precise lending to solve their financing difficulties and expensive financing issues.

Continue to accelerate the export tax rebate processing speed, reduce the average processing time of normal export tax rebate business by 20% to less than 8 working days from last year, and strongly support the stability of foreign trade.

  "One Excellent" means to create a fair and competitive market environment by optimizing tax enforcement methods.

  Fu Shulin said that since August 2018, the State Administration of Taxation, in conjunction with the Ministry of Public Security, the People's Bank of China, and the General Administration of Customs, has been closely monitoring "fake enterprises" and "fake exports" and has continued to carry out special operations against fraudulent tax fraud.

In March of this year, we launched an illegal and criminal action to combat "false declarations" defrauding tax incentives for epidemic prevention and control, which effectively guaranteed national tax security.

At the same time, relying on tax big data to carry out differentiated management, continue to promote the "blacklist" system of tax violations, strictly implement disciplinary measures, and promote the continuous increase of trustworthy taxpayers.

  According to reports, from October 2014 to the end of August this year, the tax authorities announced a total of 36,000 "blacklist" cases.

This year’s tax credit evaluation results show that the number of A-level companies with the highest tax credit ratings has risen sharply to 1.72 million, an increase of 460,000 or 37% from last year.
