Companies newly subject to health restrictions linked to the coronavirus will be able to benefit from exceptional measures implemented by the Urssaf network.

Among these provisions, postponement of contributions which will not give rise to any penalty or increase in delay, announced on Thursday in a press release the Central Agency of Social Security Bodies (Acoss).

The objective is "simple: immediately relieve the cash flow of companies whose activity is subject to restrictions", explains the Minister of Public Accounts, Olivier Dussopt, quoted in the press release.

Without any prior request for some

For some employers, "the postponement of employer and employee contributions due on October 5 or 15 is possible without any prior request," says Acoss.

These include “cafes and bars in enhanced alert zones whose closing time is early and which anticipate a sharp drop in activity.
