The former boss of Monoprix Bernardo Sanchez Incera is officially a candidate for the takeover of the organic c'Bon stores, in great difficulty.

At the microphone of Europe 1, he undertook to retain all the employees, by sending them at least a reclassification proposal, if his takeover offer were to be accepted.

In financial difficulty, the Bio c'Bon sign had been placed in receivership at the beginning of September.

Candidate for the takeover of the group, the former boss of Monoprix Bernardo Sanchez Incera assured on Europe 1 that he was committed to taking over all the employees of the Bio C'Bon stores if his takeover offer was accepted.

"We will find a way to offer an answer for all the staff," he said Thursday, explaining that in the worst case, a reclassification proposal would be sent to employees.

The Sanchez Incera family wishes to present a joint takeover offer for Bio c'Bon with the organic brand Naturalia.

90 of the 120 stores would thus be taken over.

Two-thirds would remain under the Bio c'Bon banner when the other 30 would reinforce the Naturalia network.

"We are betting on the future of Bio c'Bon", enthuses Bernardo Sanchez Incera.

"We have entered into a commercial agreement in order to be able to obtain supplies from the Naturalia purchasing center and to use its logistics."

Tough competition for the takeover

Bernardo Sanchez Incera, who had been the boss of Monoprix during the takeover of Naturalia, extensively praised the merits of Bio c'Bon, despite his recent financial problems: the stores would benefit from a good brand image and quality. of its staff.

"We believe that the difficult period that Bio c'Bon went through has not eroded its essence."

As he explains, this takeover would take place in the context of an organic market that is still growing.

The fight for the takeover of the group should nevertheless be fierce.

Carrefour, Auchan or even Biocoop are in the starting blocks.

But Bernardo Sanchez Incera is confident to win: "We have an offer that preserves the entity and what has made Bio c'Bon so successful."
