Reducing domestic liquefied gas prices by 24%

The Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, Suhail Al Mazrouei, said that it had been decided to reduce the prices of domestic liquefied gas by 24%, in coordination with Emirates Gas and the "Emarat" company.

Stressing that the decision supports the direction of the state’s strategy aimed at achieving community happiness, raising the quality of life for individuals and supporting them.

The minister indicated that there are positive repercussions for reducing gas, which is represented in contributing to improving the lives of consumers by diversifying options for obtaining domestic gas in addition to ensuring access to safe household gas within safety and security specifications and standards, in addition to addressing the risks associated with price discrepancies and illegal exploitation by companies.
