Open a fast channel for domestic production and sales approval, optimize the approval services for export-to-domestic products managed by industrial product production licenses and special equipment production unit license access systems, streamline processes, and reduce time limits.

Streamline and optimize the compulsory product certification (CCC certification) procedures for products transferred to domestic sales, open up a green fast track, accept existing conformity assessment results, expand online services, shorten certification time limits, reasonably reduce or exempt certification fees for export-to-domestic products, and provide comprehensive certification services and Technical Support.

"Three same" means "same line, same standard and same quality", which means that export enterprises produce products for export and domestic sales on the same production line according to the same standards, so that products supplied to the domestic market and international markets reach the same quality level.

  In August this year, the State Administration of Market Supervision announced the list of market supervision departments that have been granted registration and management rights for foreign-invested enterprises throughout the country to facilitate corporate inquiries.

Up to now, a total of 706 market supervision departments across the country have been granted registration management rights for foreign-invested enterprises.

In order to facilitate the localization of foreign-invested enterprises registration, the State Administration of Market Supervision is organizing the centralized authorization of registration of foreign-invested enterprises in cities at the prefecture level and above.

  In order to improve the degree of consistency and create an open and fair standardization environment, the State Administration for Market Regulation has made it clear that domestic and foreign-funded enterprises participate in standardization work fairly, and break the institutional barriers for foreign-funded enterprises to participate in standardization work.
