After the Harbin-Yichun high-speed railway is completed and opened to traffic, the travel time of the Harbin to Yichun railway will be reduced from more than 7 hours to 102 minutes.
The Harbin-Israel High-speed Railway is located in the middle of Heilongjiang Province. It is a joint venture between China Railway Group and the People's Government of Heilongjiang Province.
The line starts from Harbin, passes Bayan County, Suihua City, Qing'an County, Tieli City, and ends in Yichun City. The line length is 300.361 kilometers. There are 9 stations on the whole line, including 6 newly built stations and 45 super bridges, totaling 127.3 Kilometers, the design speed is 250 kilometers per hour.
The estimated total investment of the project is 29.266 billion yuan, of which the total length of the railway from Tieli to Yichun is 112.299 kilometers, and the total estimated investment is 9.241 billion yuan.

The Harbin-Yihai high-speed railway project is an extension of the Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway to the north-central area of Heilongjiang. It is the main passenger passage in the north-central area of Heilongjiang Province.
