"A device that has proven itself during confinement"

After returning to the office in early September, some companies will return to post-containment operations from mid-May and June.

Teleworking was predominant and the return to face-to-face work was very gradual.

This format is emerging in the very short term according to Mathieu Séguran, president of FEDA, the Automobile Distribution Federation.

"In September, our companies let our employees know that they had to come back, except that today the situation is deteriorating sharply. We see that teleworking is being pushed by the Ministry of Health and health-conscious companies of their employees reinstate this device which has proved its worth during confinement, "commented the president of FEDA.

Sectors where teleworking has already been made sustainable

Many companies had in any case perpetuated teleworking, two to three days a week even at the beginning of September.

For them, few changes are expected and at least one day of attendance per week is still required.

Not to mention that in certain sectors such as marketing or communication, employees have returned to the office only very occasionally.
