Launching a new residential tower in Dubai
Reportage Real Estate, which is based in Abu Dhabi, revealed the launch of the "Rakan" tower, which is the second phase of the "Rakan Lofts" project, which the company is developing in the "Dubailand" area in cooperation with the "Continental Investment" company.
Rakan Tower provides about 488 housing units, distributed between studios, one-room, two-room and three-bedroom apartments. The project is scheduled to be completed and delivered by the last quarter of 2022.
Studio prices in Rakan Tower start from 280,000 dirhams, 390,000 dirhams for one-room apartments, and 600,000 dirhams for two-room apartments.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, Chief Commercial Officer at Reportage Real Estate Company, explained that the launch of the "Rakan" tower came after the company's success in achieving good sales from the first phase of "Rakan Lofts", which was launched at the end of last year, and included about 349 residential villas, with prices starting from 575 thousand dirhams for a townhouse consisting of one and a hall on two floors, and 895 thousand for a townhouse consisting of two rooms and a hall.
Suleiman indicated that the company has recently started construction works at Rakan Tower, where about 15% of the project has been completed.
Suleiman pointed out the distinct location of the project in the “Wadi Al Safa 7” area in Dubai Land, close to Arabian Ranches, and close to the most prominent shopping centers, golf courses, and entertainment complexes.
Suleiman stated that Rakan Tower is located in a community that enjoys excellent services, and is fully equipped to meet all the needs of the residents, as there are large parks, shopping centers, cycling paths and a swimming pool, explaining that due to its location in Dubailand, Rakan Tower provides excellent connectivity for residents to many other major areas such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Creek Harbor, and Dubai Marina.
The land area of Rakan Tower is estimated at 178.4 thousand square feet, and the construction area is 651 thousand square feet, and it is part of the "Rakan Lofts" project.
Rakan Lofts is one of the major projects in the Dubailand region, as it is expected that after completion of all stages, more than 1,200 residential villas, the project extends over a total area of 3 million square feet, consisting of more than 70% of the public open and green spaces that Create a comfortable home environment for the family, and the project has been carefully designed to provide wide green spaces, cycling paths, walking paths, and various recreational and service facilities, as well as designing a commercial area consisting of retail spaces and places for picnicking.
