China News Service, Nanjing, September 11 (Reporter Zhu Xiaoying) "The latest "2020 China Top 500 Private Enterprises" list directly shows that the Yangtze River Delta, as the base of China's private enterprises, has the largest number of private enterprises." Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce The relevant person in charge of the Economic Department said in an interview with a reporter from China News Agency on the 11th.

From the early 1980s to the late 1990s, township and village enterprises in southern Jiangsu, self-employed households represented by Wenzhou, Zhejiang, and export-oriented enterprises in the Pearl River Delta began to prosper, laying the foundation for the private economy in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.

After decades of development, the private economy of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta has grown from small to large, from weak to strong, each with its own emphasis, forming a gradient.

Judging from the "Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises in 2020" list released by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce on the 10th, the private economy is highly concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta. Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Guangdong constitute the first square of China's private economy.

The number of Jiangsu and Zhejiang enterprises on the "Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises in 2020" has an absolute advantage, ranking first: Zhejiang, the largest private economic province with 96, Jiangsu, China's second largest economic province, 90, and the largest economic province Guangdong For 58 houses.

According to statistics from the Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce, the number of shortlisted companies in Jiangsu hit a four-year high.

Although the number of shortlisted companies in Guangdong is less than that of Zhejiang and Jiangsu, they rank first in terms of operating income and total assets.

The total assets of the enterprise far exceed the sum of Zhejiang and Jiangsu.

The person in charge of the Economic Department of the Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce analyzed that the manufacturing industry in Zhejiang and Jiangsu is stronger than that of Guangdong, but the service industry in Guangdong is stronger than that of Zhejiang and Jiangsu.

Guangdong's enterprise agglomeration effect is relatively advanced, while the characteristic of Jiangsu's private economy is that its development is relatively balanced.

For example, most of the companies on the list in Jiangsu are manufacturing, reaching 59; however, there are only 14 companies in the service industry.

Among them, there are 28 enterprises in Suzhou on the list of "2020 China's Top 500 Private Enterprises in Manufacturing Industry", ranking first among prefecture-level cities in the country.

However, in the current economic situation, the revenue and profit of the manufacturing industry may not be as good as those of other industries.

On this year's list, the number of "head" private companies in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta into the "100 Billion Club" in 2019 is about the same, with 11 companies in Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Guangdong.

Compared with last year, Jiangsu took the lead with 10 companies. This year, all regions have shown a trend of advancing together.
