In September of the golden autumn, potatoes in Inner Mongolia entered the harvest period. There were a large number of "shuke" from Shanxi, Henan, Heilongjiang and other places. One after another, they came to work locally at prices ranging from 150 to 200 yuan a day.

  On September 8, a local farmer had a bumper harvest of potatoes in Hualaishan Village, Wuchuan County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

  Inner Mongolia is one of the five major potato producing provinces in China. In 2019, the output of potato reached 1.391 million tons, and the output value of the entire industry chain was 12 billion yuan.
