Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone launches home delivery service

Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone, the wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Airports, has launched a home delivery service, which allows residents across the UAE to purchase duty-free products from their homes.

The new service provides UAE residents with the ability to browse and choose from a wide range of leading global brands and request delivery directly to their homes, as part of Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone's endeavor to meet the needs of individuals who have committed to their homes during the outbreak of the Corona pandemic.

Abu Dhabi Airports Chief Executive Shareef Al Hashemi said: "Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone offers home delivery to allow UAE residents to benefit from a range of the most popular products that we offer in the Abu Dhabi Duty Free without having to leave their homes."

Al Hashemi added: “This new service forms part of our commitment to our customers to ensure they enjoy a wide range of products while maintaining their safety. We have made the online ordering process very easy and we will continue to find innovative ways to make our products and services rewarding and popular as possible.

How to benefit from the new service

The Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone website (https://addf.ae/) allows residents to easily register to create an account, shop for goods exempt from customs duties, pay for them online through a secure portal, and then deliver them anywhere within United Arab Emirates.

Customers also have the option to create a "Desired Product List" to be purchased at a later date. Aramex will deliver all purchases according to each customer's delivery preferences. The customer support team at Abu Dhabi Duty Free will be available during business hours to provide assistance and answer any inquiries.
