61.5% of the respondents said that the second disaster subsidy should also be paid universally to all citizens, and 38.5% said that it should be paid selectively.



75.4% pointed out that disaster assistance had to be paid on an individual basis, not on a household basis.



81.1% of respondents were concerned that the payment of disaster assistance would put a burden on the national finances in the future.
