The UAE and Israel agree to establish cooperation committees in the banking sector

The Governor of the Central Bank, Abdul Hamid Muhammad Saeed Al-Ahmadi, and the Director General of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, Ronen Barts, signed a memorandum of understanding for future cooperation in the banking and financial sector.

The two sides agreed during a meeting in Abu Dhabi yesterday, to form working groups and bilateral committees to facilitate banking between the UAE and Israel, in the presence of the advisor and head of the Israeli National Security Council, Meir Bin Shabat.
