“UAC was forced to receive loans for solving these problems on very unfavorable terms, which were at that time,” Serdyukov said.
He said that the company will be additionally capitalized from the budget by more than 250 billion rubles - this money will be used to pay off, debts amounting to about 150 billion rubles will be restructured.
